What happens if I declare bankruptcy?

Answered By Tracy Carlye, Editor

Bankruptcy is designed process where the costumers are treated equally before the process of proposal starts. If ever you will declare a bankruptcy, you will be asked if you have paid your excess to your creditors. If you have not paid your creditors or if your history tells that, you still have many credits, this means that you have not treated your creditors equally. If you have done this, it is possible for your creditors to refund the amount paid to you.
